Super Plates!

Gotta love it when the Superbowl comes around! We love to munch on healthy snacks while watching the game as well!

Here, we have a plate of sliced cucumbers and cauliflower. On the right is a fruit plate of star fruit, strawberries, kiwi fruit and pears!

Energize Your Day with Protein!



Egg Muffin Cup Breakfast


Standard Muffin Pan

6 Eggs scrambled

6oz cooked vegetables of your choice

half cup of cheese of your choice

half cup of diced ham

*spices of your choice
(*Stick to powders for flavor to avoid excess sodium)

Mix all together in a bowl

spray muffin pan with cooking spray

fill cups in pan with egg mix

place in oven for 30-35 mins @ 350 degree Fahrenheit
